1-  For Maximum Security of your Personal Information, a Bankruptcy Petition Preparation Questionnaire will be E-Mailed for you to Fill-in.

The Questionnaire can be Submitted to our offices by Fax to (310)834-5638 or by regular mail to the address on our Contact Us Page.

2- We will provide the names of Credit Counseling Agencies who will provide you with the required certificates that must be filed with you Bankruptcy Petition.

3- After receipt of your Bankruptcy Petition Questionnaire, We will prepare your Bankruptcy Petition and return them to you Priority Mail with COMPLETE instructions on how to file them with the Bankruptcy Court in your District.

4- As of this date the Bankruptcy Court Filing Fees are $ 299.00. If you would like to apply for a Filing Fee waiver or Filing Fee payments, We will prepare the required documents at no extra charge.
