$ 124.00 Bankruptcy Preparation Services by Debt Relief Agency Preparers with 22 years experience preparing Bankruptcy Petitions. We prepare only Individual and Married Bankruptcy Chapter 7 Petitions. We do not prepare Business or Corporation Bankruptcy Petitions. Our fee of $ 124.00 is for all Counties of all States except the Central District of California which is $ 200 because of additional required documents. Central District of California includes, Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange Counties.
After placing your order.
1- A Bankruptcy Petition Preparation Questionnaire Page Will Open For you to Fill-in. The Questionnaire can be Submitted to our offices On-Line, By E-Mail, Fax or Regular Mail to assist us in preparing your Bankruptcy Petition Documents.
2- We will E-mail to you the Name and Phone Number of a Bankruptcy Court Approved Credit Counseling Agency where you can call and obtain the required " Credit Counseling Certificates" by phone. The first Certificate must be filed with your Bankruptcy Documents or within 15 days of filing your documents.
The second certificate must be filed after your hearing. The Credit Counseling Agency will charge you between $ 70 and $ 100 for the 2 Certificates.
3- After receipt of your Bankruptcy Petition Questionnaire and Certificates, We will prepare your Bankruptcy Petition documents usually within 24-48 hours and return them to you with COMPLETE instructions on how to file them with the Bankruptcy Court in your District.
4- As of this date the Bankruptcy Court Filing Fees are $ 299.00. If you would like to apply for a Filing Fee waiver or Filing Fee payments, We will prepare the required documents at no extra charge.
