Approximately 24 hours after receipt of your completed Bankruptcy Questionnaire and other Bankruptcy related documents, we will Complete your Court Documents and send them to you by PRIORITY MAIL with instructions on how to file them with the proper Bankruptcy Court of your State.

COURT FILING FEES as of this date are $ 299.00, BUT if you are un-employed or Collecting Disabilty and unable to pay the Filing Fees and would like to request a Fee Waiver or Request Payments for the Filing Fees We will prepare the additional required documents with no additional charges.
