1- For Maximum Security of your Personal Information, a Bankruptcy Petition Preparation Questionnaire will be E-Mailed to you for your information. The Questionnaire can be E-mailed back to our offices at iaco04@yahoo.com, or Faxed to (310) 834-5638 or mailed to our office address on our Contact Page.
2- We will provide you with the names of Credit Counseling Agencies who will provide you with the required certificates that must be filed with you Bankruptcy Petition.
3- Approximately 24-48 hours after receipt of your Bankruptcy Petition Questionnaire and other Bankruptcy Court required documents we will prepare your Bankruptcy Petition Documents and return them to you by Priority Mail with COMPLETE instructions on how to file them with the Bankruptcy Court in your District.
